Working principle of filter element:
The air flows in from the middle of the filter element and collects the oil droplets through four mechanisms: gravity, inertial collision, direct interception and penetration.
Gravity effect: when the air flow velocity in the filter is low, most of the oil drops with a diameter of 20-50 μ m will be collected by gravity before reaching the filter layer, and the air flow will continue to fall and collect when flowing through the filter screen The higher the air velocity, the lower the efficiency.
