AIR COMPRESSor
The screw vacuum pump, also known as a screw type vacuum pump, is a type of volumetric rotor pump. It operates by utilizing the volumetric changes between the pump body and the screws to transport gases. This pump is characterized by its high pumping speed, strong pumping capacity, and applicability in high-flow and high-pressure situations.

Screw Vacuum Pump is driven by a motor, a pair of intermeshing but non-contacting screws rotate in opposite directions at high speeds, dividing the spiral grooves into multiple spaces and forming multiple stages. As the screw rotors rotate towards each other at a constant speed, the volume between the teeth changes periodically to transport the gas. The various stages of the screw can form a pressure gradient to distribute the pressure difference and increase the compression ratio, enabling the gas to move uniformly along the axis and achieve the purpose of pumping.
The screw vacuum pump offers several advantages, including cleanliness and environmental protection, as it operates without lubricating oil in the working chamber, allowing for clean vacuum acquisition and preventing waste oil and wastewater emissions. It also features a high vacuum degree, optimized rotor profiles, and precision processing, resulting in high pumping efficiency and low power consumption. Additionally, the pump can handle corrosive and condensable gases, thanks to corrosion-resistant treatments applied to its flow components. The pump's chamber is designed with an automatic suction and purging device to prevent the deposition of dust, making it suitable for pumping gases containing a small amount of dust.
High Vacuum Degree: With an optimized rotor profile design and precision machining, the screw vacuum pump can achieve high vacuum levels with large pumping volumes, high efficiency, and low power consumption.
Clean and Environmentally Friendly: Being a dry vacuum pump, it operates without lubricating oil in the working chamber, facilitating medium recovery and obtaining a clean vacuum. The pump has no waste oil or wastewater discharge during operation, making it an environmentally friendly vacuum device.
Corrosion Resistance: Different corrosion-resistant treatments are applied to the flow parts based on the pumping medium. This allows the pump to handle corrosive and condensable chemical media, making it suitable for applications such as distillation, drying, concentration, and degassing in pharmaceutical and chemical processes.
Handling of Condensable Gases and Minor Dust: The pump chamber is designed with an automatic suction and purging device to prevent the deposition of minor dust inside, enabling it to handle gases containing minor dust.
Special Shaft Seal Design: This design effectively prevents the lubricating oil in the gear chamber from penetrating and contaminating the pump chamber medium, ensuring true dry vacuum operation and extending the lifespan of major components such as pump bearings and gears.
Energy-Saving and Low Noise: With an optimized variable pitch rotor profile design, the pump achieves significant energy savings and operates quietly.
Smooth Operation: The rotors undergo precise dynamic balancing tests to ensure smooth operation with minimal vibration.
Screw vacuum pumps are widely used in various industries, including electronics, nuclear energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. In the semiconductor industry, they are used in processes such as chip production, LCD manufacturing, etching, and CVD processes for producing plasma. In the nuclear industry, they are used for vacuum creation in nuclear reactors. They are also employed in vacuum distillation and solvent extraction for efficient solvent recovery in chemical processes, as well as in the production of fatty acids for water pollution reduction and the removal of clogs in ejectors. In the pharmaceutical industry, they are used for the recovery of liquid medicines and intermediates, providing clean and sterile conditions for the production of artificial organs and recovering gas disinfectants. In the food industry, they are used for the concentration of fragrances and flavors and food packaging. Their applications also extend to drying processes, vacuum distillation, molecular distillation, solvent recovery, oil and gas recovery, factory vacuum systems, vacuum coating, aerospace, and other fields.
The screw vacuum pump is a versatile and efficient vacuum device suitable for various industrial applications. Its high vacuum degree, cleanliness, corrosion resistance, ability to handle condensable gases and minor dust, special shaft seal design, energy-saving and low noise features, and smooth operation make it an ideal choice for numerous applications across different industries.
